Business Central consultant locations and how we reach you
Our consultants are part of Sataware Technologies and work alongside an in-house development team. Clients in every city listed here, and in many places that are not, work with us by video call and screen share. Each city page describes the local industries we help.
Business Central online is a Microsoft cloud (SaaS) application that runs in a web browser, so nobody needs to be in your building to configure it. Workshops, setup, testing and training all happen in shared online sessions, and your staff join from their own desks.

How a Business Central project runs by video
A project run online follows the same stages as one on site. Workshops document your processes, we configure a sandbox environment, your team tests it with your own data, and we rehearse the cutover before go-live. On request, we record sessions so new hires can watch them later.
Short sessions spread across the week tend to work better than full days in a meeting room. People return to their jobs, try what they learned and come back with better questions. It also makes it easy to bring in the right specialist for a single topic.

Time zones and scheduling around the world
Our office runs on Mountain Standard Time all year, with no daylight saving changes. We schedule around your working day instead of ours, and every invitation shows the time in your own zone.
Teams several hours ahead of us usually prefer early sessions, while teams behind us often choose late morning or afternoon. We keep month-end close, payroll days and peak shipping weeks free, because nobody should be learning a new system while closing the books. That is why we ask for those dates at the start.

What our Business Central consultant locations pages cover
Each city page opens with what the local economy is known for, then covers what those businesses need from an ERP system. A port city page leads with logistics and landed cost, an energy hub with job costing, and a healthcare center with administration and billing.
Every page is written separately, so no two read the same. If your city is not listed, nothing changes: you get the same service, scheduled in your time zone, wherever you are in the world.

When video-based consulting is the right fit
Working by video suits most finance, distribution and service companies, because Business Central runs in a browser. It also works well for companies with several sites, where no single meeting room could hold everyone. Warehouse and shop-floor rollouts need more planning, since scanners, label printers and the floor layout all play a part.
For those projects we ask for photos, a video walk-through and a named person on the floor who tests with the real devices. Let us know early if your project involves hardware so we can plan testing around it. A short call with that person usually answers most questions.

Questions about Business Central consultant locations
Do you have an office in my city?
We're part of Sataware Technologies and work with clients by screen share, scheduled in their time zone. A city page describes how we work with companies there; it does not mean we have an office in that city. Our street address is in the footer of every page. For an in-person meeting, contact us to arrange one.
Can a Business Central project run by video call?
Yes, for most companies. Business Central online runs in a browser, so setup, testing and training work well in shared sessions. Projects that involve warehouse or shop-floor hardware need a named person on your side to test with the actual devices. We plan that testing early so nothing is left until the week before go-live.
What time zone do your consultants work in?
Our office runs on Mountain Standard Time all year. Sessions are scheduled within your business day, whatever your time zone. We agree on recurring meeting times at the start of the project, and each invitation shows the time in your own zone, so nobody has to guess when a call starts.
My city is not in your locations list. Can you still help?
Yes. The list shows the cities we have written pages for; it does not limit where we work. A company in any city or country gets the same service, scheduled in its own time zone.
Why write a separate page for each city?
Because industries differ from place to place. A port city cares about landed cost and warehousing, while a capital city may care more about grant and fund accounting. Each page focuses on the Business Central features that matter to local businesses, which is more useful than one generic page repeated for every city.
