The Business Central team he leads keeps to a few fixed habits. Scope and phases go into a written proposal before any work starts, progress is shown in a sandbox each week, and the cutover is planned with the client's own staff. Each client keeps one named contact from the first call to the last.
Most of the projects are moves from older systems: from Dynamics GP before its support ends on December 31, 2029, from Dynamics NAV, and from QuickBooks or Sage once a company has outgrown them. The work is done by screen share from Phoenix, Arizona, in US business hours, and it ends with documentation and training the client keeps, so nobody depends on us to run their own system. The practice is independent and not affiliated with Microsoft.
