Sataware is headquartered in Woodbury, Minnesota, and our Business Central team works from its office at 217 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona. So when this page says we, it means Sataware Technologies and that team.
The policy covers this website and the enquiries you send through it. It does not cover other websites, even when we link to them. For example, our pages link to Microsoft Learn, Google Maps and review profiles. Those sites follow their own rules, so check their policies before you share anything there.

What each form collects, and nothing more
The contact form asks for your name, company, work email, an optional phone number, the system you run today and what you need. Some versions also offer a few buttons to pick a topic. The short forms on other pages ask for less, often just a name and email. The email sign-up form asks only for your work email.
With every form, your browser also sends which form you used and the page you sent it from. That helps our reply fit what you were reading. When the message reaches our server, the script that receives it, contact.php, adds the time of sending and the IP address it came from. We keep these to spot spam and to trace a lost message.

How our privacy policy limits the way we use your details
We use your details to answer your enquiry, or to send the email updates you signed up for. The contact.php script on our web server emails your message to our team's mailboxes, which business email providers, including Google, host. Then a consultant writes back to you, usually by email, or by phone if you asked for a call.
The script also keeps a copy in a private log file, leads.log, on our web server. The public cannot open that file, because the server blocks it. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and we delete them sooner if you ask. We do not sell your details, rent them or hand them to advertisers.

Does this site use cookies or tracking?
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. It measures page visits with our own first-party analytics, which go only to Sataware Technologies: which pages are opened, how long they stay open, how far they are scrolled and which contact links, buttons and forms are used, never what you type into a form. To link the pages of one visit, your browser keeps a random visit id in local storage (sw_vid) and session storage (sw_sid), and, if you came from one of our emails, that email's reference for 90 days (sw_t). Nothing is sent when your browser asks sites not to track you.
One more small thing is kept in your browser: if you type your email on the home page and then open the contact page, the site saves it under the name bc_email in session storage, so the contact form is filled in for you. Session storage stays on your device, and your browser clears it when you close the tab.
Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs. These record the address that asked for a page, the time and the browser type. Our host uses them to keep the site running and safe. Links to other sites only send you there when you click them.

Who can see my details under this privacy policy?
Our consultants at Sataware Technologies, plus the services that carry the message for us. The form emails your message to our team's mailboxes, which business email providers, including Google, host, and a copy goes into a private log on our web server, which our hosting provider runs. Nobody can open that log from the web, because the server blocks it. We do not pass your details to resellers or advertisers. If a reply needs a colleague with the right product skills, they read it inside our team, so your enquiry never becomes a sales lead for anyone else.
Do you use cookies, analytics or ad trackers on this site?
No. As this privacy policy says, we set no cookies and load no analytics or advertising scripts on any page. The only thing the site keeps in your browser is the email you typed on the home page, saved as bc_email in session storage so the contact form can fill it in, and it is cleared when you close the tab. The only record of a visit on our side is the standard access log that every web server keeps. It notes the address, time and browser that asked for a page, and our host uses it to keep the site safe and working.
How do I ask you to delete my details?
Email hello@businesscentralconsultant.com from the address you used on the form, and say you want your details deleted. We match the request to your enquiry, then remove it from our log and our inbox. After that, we confirm by email so you know it is done. If you sent more than one enquiry, tell us, and we will remove each one. You do not need to give a reason. And if you only want us to stop contacting you, say so instead, and we will keep no follow-up on file.
Do you sell or share my email address?
No, never. We do not sell, rent or swap email addresses, and we do not share them with advertisers. Your address stays with our team, and we use it to reply to you. We only send email updates to people who sign up for them with the sign-up form, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
