• Providing software solutions to business/organizational needs & executing its development &

implementation from A to Z. Building & leading a team of Business Analysts, IT Admins & Remote

Software Developers towards successful completion of ERP/Software projects within time, quality

and budget.

• Traveling across South Asia, South-East Asia, Middle East for implementations, migrations, req.

gathering, UAT. Working with cross-functional & cross-cultural teams for delivering ERP projects.

Migrated Dynamics NAV 2013 to D365 Business Central (SaaS) for FBK Manufacturing –

Malaysia saving 100k USD in partner cost. From Req. Gathering to FRD to Master Data uploading,

Opening/Closing Balances, Customizations, UAT.

• Reporting to project stakeholders via project charters, team charters, and weekly progress sheets.

Devising project plans, strategy, scope of work, cost & time estimates.

• Working with the following languages & tools on daily basis: AL, Javascript, Mongoose ORM,

Handlebars, MongoDB Atlas, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Git/Github (CI/CD), Trello

(PM), Kanban (Agile), Postman (API Testing), Node JS, Express JS, Heroku, AWS Lambda & UI

tailoring, report design (RDLC) and development, and 3rd party software integrations (REST API,

OData, SOAP).

• Responsible for scouting for a software vendor, selecting them, presenting comparison sheet to

management & overseeing the software implementation projects. Migrated D365 BC W1 to India

Localization D365 BC via India based Microsoft Partner for NSV India - worked as a project

manager.

• Responsible for head-hunting technical talent i.e. Data Analyst (Power BI), IT Admin, Business

Analyst, D365 Business Central Consultants, in tandem with HR for the project needs.

• Currently automating Sales, Purchase & Finance manual processes using Microsoft Co-Pilot, AI

Builder, Power Platform's Automate, Apps, Pages & Desktop Automate (RPA) for NSV Global.

• Responsible for looking after everything related to Business Central ERP for NSV Headquarter Dubai,

USA, India, and Australia. I develop new customizations and maintain/updgrade codebase.

• Responsible for developing and delivering enhancements and bespoke reports for all entities NSV.

Technologies and tools I use on daily basis: VSCode, AL Language, Git/Github, Node.js, Heroku, Power

apps, Express.Js, NPM, Business Central, Postman.

• Developed API in Business Central as per business functional needs and design and develop dynamic

Power BI dashboards for requested KPI.

• Developed and maintained mobile app solutions using Power Platform (Canvas app). Developed a

Warehouse Stock Counting app saving the company 30k AED.

• Successfully migrated Netsuite Cloud ERP transactional data and supporting attachments to D365

Business Central.

• Developed integration between Business Central and Thomson Reuter’s OneSource Tax

Automation Web App for NSV HQ and its Parent group Abdul Lateef Jameel.

• I am responsible for advising, developing and implementing software needs of the company. I

perform technical analysis, feasibility study and create comparison presentation of developing the

needed software in-house vs buying it off the shelf.

• Developed a NSV salesperson’s sales commission automated report that helps finance team at

every month end extract accurate and fast (one-click) report from D365 BC saving them 2 days

of manual report making.

• I redesigned the NSV HQ website as per modern design practice.

• Developed and delivered end-to-end customizations for bespoke requirements of D365

Business Central and NAV written in C/AL or AL for MENA clients. Handled complete

development project for big name clients i.e. DNATA, Bashara Care, Rexel/Redco

• Handled everything technical in Business Central and around it i.e. Powerapps, Power

Automate/Flow, BI-directional System Integration between Business Central and 3rd Party web apps.

• Developed REST and SOAP web services to expose Business Central data to external systems and

additionally responsible to consume API's into Business Central.

• Lead, trained, and mentored a team of interns offshore for D365 Business Central. Providing technical

guidance and reviewing their code and approving deployments to production environment.

• Advocated for Source Control Management solution Git/Github and implemented it internally.

Enabling stronger code audit controls and efficient collaborative process within development

team. Speeding up collaborative programming and maintainability of source code.

• Performed testing of the deliverables/features for QA efforts on Sandbox, testing API’s with

POSTMAN before shipping final build to client environment.

• Provided on-call/remote technical support to clients across the hierarchy from C-Suite to data entry

operators resolving business stopper events in timely manner.

• Designed RDL, RDLC reports and developing logic for reports for bespoke financial, sales, inventory

and manufacturing reporting requirements.

• Wrote technical blogs on Dynamics NAV and Business Central for company’s social media strategy.
